Returns
The short version
Every Paper HeartZ item is printed to order, so we do not accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns for cash refunds. We do offer size and item exchanges, and anything that arrives damaged, defective, or simply wrong is replaced or refunded at your choice, at no cost to you.
Please check the size guide before ordering — it is the single best way to get this right the first time.
Exchanges
Need a different size or a different item? Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery and within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- You cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- We cover the replacement, including printing it and shipping it out to you.
Email paperheartzmusic@gmail.com to start an exchange. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, you get a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
- Report it within 30 days of delivery.
- Include a photo of the problem so we can get it reprinted correctly.
- There is no return-shipping cost to you in this case.
Change of mind and wrong size
We cannot offer cash refunds for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Because your item was printed specifically for you, a returned garment cannot be resold. The exchange route above exists for exactly this situation.
How refunds are issued
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- There is no restocking fee.
- Allow a few business days after we approve a refund for it to appear on your statement — the timing is set by your bank, not by us.
Lost in transit
If a package is lost, or tracking shows it delivered and it never reached you, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will help — including replacing the order where needed.
