Where we ship

Paper HeartZ ships within the United States only. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Rates are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping applies automatically once your order total reaches $75.00 before tax.

How long it takes

Every Paper HeartZ item is printed when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That means there is a print window before anything ships.

Allow about 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. That figure is deliberately conservative and covers both printing and transit. Most orders arrive sooner.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

Changing an order

An order can only be changed before it goes to print, which can happen quickly. If you need to correct a size or an address, email us right away at paperheartzmusic@gmail.com and we will change it if it has not already gone to production.

Lost or not delivered

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you do not have it, or a package goes missing in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will help — including replacing the order where needed.
